Due to the extreme heat that hit our area early this year and the
raising of the minimum weight for pigs it has been decided to lower the minimum
weight for pigs back down to 210 pounds for this year’s fair in hopes of
giving more kids the opportunity to get their pigs up to weight and eligible to
compete at the fair.

- I am a 2008 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Agricultural and Extension Education. I graduated from Southern Huntingdon County High School and was always very invovled with the 4-H & FFA along with other sports and activities. I am definitly a people person and love to work in teams. I currently reside in Tyrone with my husband and two dogs.
