Currently the carry over for horse enrollments on e-data is not available. Members many enter new horse project information. A notice will be sent out through the blog when carry over horse enrollment is available. A reminder that any horse member using a new project horse and/or a different horse in 4-H events must submit a current negative coggins test result and certificate of proof of rabies vaccination before they can participate in a 4-H event that is utilizing horses.
