Project & Office Books due September 30th

Dear 4-H Families,

Can you believe it’s almost September already!?  That means you will all probably be putting finishing touches on your 4-H project and officer books for the year.  This is a reminder that all books need to be turned into the Extension office prior to September 30th, 2011.  So, you will need to be sure that your leader looks at and grades it prior to that time.  Anyone who does not complete a project book will not be able to take on that project next year.

Please do not forget about your officer books as they are very important too.  We will need to collect the Treasurer’s Binder from ALL clubs in order to complete the club audits and tax filing information.

2011 PA 4-H Horse Program Outstanding Member Award

Hi all,

This is just a reminder that the deadline for the 2011 PA 4-H Horse Program Outstanding Member Award application submission is August 26, 2011.  Therefore, I must have any applications in at the Clinton County Office by Aug 23, to give me ample time to submit by the deadline.  Only one application can be submitted from each county, therefore if we have more than one application a committee will chose the application from Clinton County 4-H Horse Program that best fits the requirements.  Please submit applications to Attention: Helene

Thanks,

Helene
