Anyone interested in submitting an application for the 2011 Outstanding 4-H Horse Member may pick up an application and information at the Extension Office.  Applications are due August 26.

Designing Effective Displays Workshop Postponed

The Designing Effective Displays Workshop has been postponed until May 25th at 6pm due to severe weather.  If you are interested in attending, please register through e-data. 

4-H Camp Deadline Approaching

Don’t forget the 4-H Camp Early Bird registrations are due by May 1^st and the regular registrations are due by May 13^th!  All Clinton County participants will receive a $70 scholarship for traditional camp and a $10 scholarship.

Clinton County Fair Association Barn Renovation Events

The Clinton County Fair Association is conducting events to secure funds to renovate the horse barn area at the fairgrounds.  Please consider supporting the Tack Swap and Pee Wee Horse Show events on June 25 that will be at the fairgrounds.  Flyers for the events are located on the Clinton County Horse Web Site.

Homeland Security Approved Training

South Central Mountain Regional Task Force is having a Homeland Security Approved Training on April 29-May 1 at PSU Park Campus from 1 – 6 pm on April 29 and from 8 – 5 pm on April 30 and May 1.  The deadline for registering was April 20, but they are accepting late registrations.  If interested contact the following for availability:

2011 4-H Camp

Before we know it, summer will be here again.  That means it's just about time for 4-H Camp.  Registrations are now open for the 2011 4-H Camp at Camp Kanesatake.  Go to the link below to find a camp brochure, registration form and workshop description list.  Clinton County participants will receive a $70 scholarship thanks to the Clinton County Community Foundation.  Note that Early Bird Registration is in May, so don't delay!
