Volunteers- Level 3 & 4 Examiner Training

Any screened volunteer leaders interested in becoming a Level 3 & 4 examiner may attend a training July 12 at PSU.  You will need to obtain a recommendation form signed by the Clinton County Horse Program Assistant.  Pre-registration is required.  More information is available at http://extension.psu.edu/clinton/programs/4-h/members/horses.
