Both e-data and horse enrollment was due on June 1, 2011. Many members HAVE NOT completed their horse enrollment. Members MUST download to e-data, the Negative Coggins Test, the Veterinary Client Patient Relationship form, the Rabies certificate of verification and, if available, the Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) along with correctly entering horse information on e-data and submitting hard copies of the horse enrollment.
If you are uncertain on whether your horse enrollment is complete please contact your organizational club leader and/or the Extension Office 570-726-0022 to check on your horse enrollment status. All members will have until June 15 to make sure their horse enrollment is correctly completed on e-data and in hard copy. Any horse members who do not have their horse enrollment complete by June 15 will not be able to participate in the August 6, 2011 Clinton County 4-H Horse & Pony Round Up held during fair week or in any Regional Production Show.
