The Parental Permissions form found at the following link must be filled out by a parent of each 4-H member. This is part of the 4-H Registration and should be turned into the Clinton County Extension Office. More details can be found on the form.

I graduated from Southern Huntingdon County High School and was always very invovled with the 4-H & FFA along with other sports and activities.
