The Clinton County 4-H Program Development Committee met on Tuesday, January 26th and had quite a successful meeting. Several leaders attended and I believe it made for really great discussion. - I am a 2008 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Agricultural and Extension Education. I graduated from Southern Huntingdon County High School and was always very invovled with the 4-H & FFA along with other sports and activities.
