10 Days Left to Enroll

With 10 days left to enroll in 4-H, we have had a really good turn out so far.  However, we still have some folks to get signed up for E-data and some other paperwork to be taken care of.  Feel free to contact the extension office with questions.

You will need to be sure to have the following items done:

• E-data enrollment
• Medical Forms turned into Extension Office
• Parental Permissions Form Turned into Extension Office
• $15 Materials Fee
• $25 Horse Fee (Horse Kids Only)
• Acknowledgment of Risk Forms (Horse Kids Only)
