Congratulations to Bailey Young who took First Place at the Pennsylvania State Achievement Days Public Speaking Contest. Bailey has made Clinton County very proud and will continue to speaking engagements at the All American Quarter Horse Congress in Ohio and the Natonal Competition in Kentucky. Great Job Bailey!!!
