E-Data Tip
Thank you all for being so great about getting signed up with E-data. I am always willing to answer any questions you may have.
After you go through and enter contact and other information, you will not be able to go any further until I approve you as a member or volunteer. This is to prevent people from getting into the system that should not. I have noticed that many of you have been signed up multiple times for the same club. I'm guessing this is because you are thinking that it is not working correctly. You are probably to the point where you need me to approve you. I try to check this daily, so with a little patience, you will be able to access your upcoming events, etc. For those who have signed up multiple times, it is no big deal, I will only approve one of them.
You may need to sign up for more than one club or more than one county. In order to do that, you simply go up and click the "New" button and enter the information for the second location.
Movie Night Reminder
I would like to remind all 4-H members and their families about the Rock Band and Movie Night Saturday. The evening will begin with a Rock Band Tournament and will conclude with the movie Walli. You can sign up for this through E-data. Refreshments will be provided and the event begins at 6pm.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Attention Organizational Leaders
As your clubs get started for a new year and you plan for 2010, we are asking that you enter your club meetings into e-data. We are asking that this be done by January to get your clubs off to the right start and get kids used to using it right away. This way, the kids can sign up using this and attendance will be right online. This should also help you to manage your clubs better. If you need assistance with this, please contact Becky Sellers either by phone at (570) 726-0022 or email at rad5003@psu.edu.
Thanks for your cooperation as we make this transition.

Last Chance for State Leadership Conference
Attention teens:
The registration deadline for the State Leadership Conference is tomorrow! Please notify me ASAP if you are interested in going to this conference. It will be January 29th to the 31st.
4-H Food Booth Locks Have Changed
The locks on the 4-H food booth have been changed. So, the old keys will no longer work. Special keys have been made and distributed to necessary staff members along with two keys which will reside at the Clinton County Extension Office. Any 4-H Volunteer who needs a key for an event at the food booth, should sign one out at the extension office. These keys should not be shared with anyone and duplicates will not be allowed. These keys can't be duplicated anywhere accept where they have been made. Only authorized staff can get these keys duplicated. The person who signs the key out is the ones responsible for making sure it gets returned. We hope this will help to eliminate any problems or accidents with unlimited access to the food booth.
Congratulations to All
As I come back into the office on this, the Monday morning following Achievement Night, I am still overwhelmed by the incredible number of people who attended the 4-H Achievement Night. It was so nice to see all of you out to support our 4-Hers in their accomplishments. We had a total of about 65 people and earned $184 for the endowment!
Congratulations to all 4-Hers who won awards! You all work very hard throughout the year and deserve to be recognized for that hard work. I commend all of you who helped to present awards as well. Public speaking is one of the most feared things to do among adults. So, it is awesome that you are all starting early. You all did a wonderful job, those who presented and those who received awards.
I would also like to thank all the volunteers who helped to make Achievement Night and the entire year possible. You truly are the backbones of the 4-H program. We always appreciate all that you do!
